The Initial Mandated Lead Arrangers and Bookrunners of the Facility were Banco Finantia, S.A., Commerzbank Aktiengesellschaft and VTB Bank (Deutschland) AG. Raiffeisen Zentralbank Österreich AG has joined the Facility as Mandated Lead Arranger prior to the launch of the general syndication. The Facility, which will be used to finance foreign trade contracts of its customers, has a tenor of 364 (+1 year option) days and pays a margin of 2.95% per annum. Syndication was launched on 18th June 2008 at US$ 30,000,000 and closed successfully oversubscribed. The amount of the Facility has been increased to US$ 70,000,000.
